Hell’s Abstract Windows

Draw

Its always nice to push a deadline to the absolute last second to see what you can come up with on the fly.

This thrown to gather piece happened in the span of a few hours for the Hell’s Half Mile Film festival back in 2018.

The end of the week and workday was approaching and we rolled out the paper on the floor of the studio and I stared at it wondering what the hell to put down.

Our chief of security Lego was the initiator of the design as he ran into the room and stomped on the paper.

While I had a complete brain block as to what we were going to put down our studio pooch gave us the mentality I needed to just freaking start cranking on whatever poured out of my hands and onto the paper.

A few short hours later we taped up the piece into the windows on Adams street for the weekends festival events.
